I can't hear any audio
What's the problem?
I am trying to play audio but I can't hear it, or the sound is poor.
Why does this happen?

You might be listening to the wrong input.

The source or output might be muted, or the audio input level is turned down too low.

Audio might be muted for all presenters.
n
One or more presenters might be muted.
n
The presenter you want to hear is not the active presenter.
n
The audio from a media item might not be compatible with your Streaming media and 4K playback input
module.
n
There might be a loose connection or problem with your audio device.
What to do
First try this
Check the presenter you want to hear is the active presenter
n
On the front panel, check the letter button for that presenter is lit brightly.
The active presenter appears in a larger window on your display.
Check if all audio is muted
n
On the front panel, check if AUDIO is lit.
If AUDIO is lit, press AUDIO.
Check if a source or output is muted
1. Show window labels.
If window labels are not showing, on the front panel, press
.
2. If the label for the active presenter shows
, audio is muted. Press AUDIO.
3. If you still can't hear the active presenter, they might be muted in CORIOgrapher. From CORIOgrapher

underneath that presenter.
