Place your thumb on the plastic door cover (1) and the other fingers in
the handle (3).

Pull the handle (2) until the latch of the door is released.

Open the door.
8.4. Loading

For 2340EA, 2840EA:

Load the autoclave properly as described in chapter 0 above

Ensure that the correct sterilization program is selected:
Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the program to run.
The program can only be changed when the door is open.
8.5. Closing the door (3850EA-D, 3870EA-D)
In order to close the door push the door to the wall of the autoclave chamber
for at least 5 seconds as shown in the figure below:
The system will prompt: "Door Action/Door closing". When the door is properly
closed, "Open door" symbol
will be replaced by the message "System
Ready".
8.6. Closing the door (2340 EA-D/EKA-D, 2840EA-D, EKA-D)
Close the door by either:
Pushing on the handle and slamming the door gently;
Holding the opening handle in the open position while pushing
the door until it comes to the closed position, then release the
handle.
When the door is closed the open door symbol
is then replaced by the
message System Ready.
