Rice Pudding

1 cup (250 g) cooked rice
1 cup (250 ml) warmed milk
A few drops vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (15 g) granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients in the blender jar and combine at a low speed.
Pour into saucepan and cook very gently for 10 minutes until the rice is
heated through. Check the temperature before serving.

Creamed Banana

1 ripe banana (sliced into small pieces)

⁄

cup (60 ml) light cream

Pinch of granulated sugar

Blend ingredients in jar until creamy. Scrape sides of jar if necessary. Serve.
Keep well refrigerated.

teaspoon (1.25 ml) ground nutmeg
