Chocolate Shake
6 scoops (approx. 300 g) chocolate ice cream
1 cup (250 ml) milk

cup (60 ml) chocolate syrup
3 chocolate cookies, crumbled
Place all ingredients into blender jar and close the lid. Blend on high speed
until desired consistency is reached.
Yield: 2 servings.
Strawberry Shake
1⁄2 cup (125 ml) milk
5 to 6 smal, frozen strawberries
3 scoops (approx. 150 g) vanilla ice cream
Add milk, strawberries and vanilla ice cream to the blender jar; close the lid.
Blend on high speed until the milkshake is creamy. If necessary, add vanilla
ice cream or milk until the desired consistency has been reached.
Yield: 1 serving.
Lime Daiquiris
3 juiced limes

cup (approx. 125 g) white sugar
285 ml white rum
6 cups (approx.1.5 kg) ice cubes
4 maraschino cherries
In a blender, combine lime juice, sugar and rum. Blend and add one ice cube
at a time until mixture is thick and smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish
with maraschino cherries.
Yield: 4 servings.
