Simple Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

1 cup (250 g) plain yogurt
2 bananas (cut in pieces)
450 g frozen strawberries

Place all ingredients into blender jar and close the lid. Blend on medium
speed until desired consistency is reached.

Yield: 4 servings.

Ice-Cold Vanilla Coffee

150 ml warm water
1.5 Table spoons (approx. 25 g) sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
4 scoops (approx. 200 g) vanilla ice cream
10 ice cubes

Dissolve the coffee crystals and sugar in water. Add all ingredients to the
blender jar (with the exception of the ice cubes). Process all ingredients into
a smooth mixture and then add the ice cubes with the motor running through
the opening in the lid.

Yield: 2 servings.

Chocolate Strawberry Shake

8 scoops (approx. 400 g) chocolate ice cream
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 cup (250 g) fresh strawberries, mashed

Whipped cream for garnish
Shaved chocolate for garnish
