7.9.2 I can not find the origin of the problem
The LEDs of your device are not blinking like described above and you cannot find the origin
of the problem.

To enable us to give you a quick answer, please give us a short description of the problem.
Please send our technicians, your address and a quick drawing of your swimming-pool with its
dimensions (length, width, depth, special shapes if needed) plus the positions of the filtration system
(pushback noses, sluice gate, skimmer, vacuum cleaner plug) or anything you may have that can
create perturbations like an upriver swimming system. To finish, add to the drawing the position of
your falling detector on the edge of your pool.
All this information will help our technicians to understand the issue with your device and to
solve it quickly.
