All those tests have been validated; you can proceed the final installation of your device.
5.5 Final installation
Remove the rigid tube a few centimeters to free the cover.

Remove the cover of your falling detector.

Locate the 3 holes deep down the base.

Place the base on the brink in order for the rigid tube to be at more than 5mm from the edge.

Using something like a fibre tip pen, make 3 dots through the 3 holes to locate them and drill them
in your brink.

Remove the base from the brink.

Drill the 3 holes with the Ø 0.3 drill and put in the tapping inserts.

Position the 3 white stabilization foams under the base in their designed locations.

Locate and settle the base with the 3 washers and screws (the 3 washers should be installed inside
the case).

Put in place the 4 little black joints on the base and screw securely.
IMAGE 8
WARNING: The joints and foams installation should, like the fixation, be performed with care to
guarantee the waterproofness and the good operating state of your device.

Check that the 2 main black joints are correctly positioned in their location on the base.

Put back in place the cover and screw down the 4 screws. (Don’t use an electric screwdriver).

Put in place the 4 protection caps. .

Put back the rigid tube and screw-down the small screw.

Check one more time the good operating state of the device:
- Switch on “INACTIVE DETECTION” mode by typing the password (initially 1234).
(The LED
:
blinks in red and you’ll hear a BURP)

Wait for the automatic reset (The LED
:
blinks back in green)
o
Make a fall test from the furthest point
o
If the fall is detected within 20 seconds, your installation is complete.

Wait for the automatic reset of the TRITON™ before leaving the pool side.
