Output current are not measured or measurement are incorrect
VSD is ready
VSD is turned on and the current voltage is
displayed on the screen
The controller displays the value of the output currents.

Check that the current value of the adjusted value
is entered in the controller
In the UMKA07 controller menu, go to the
«Creating» life cycle, select the
«Current calibration» submenu, the value of the parameter «Output
current adjusting factor
» must be set according to the VSD power. If this
number does not match, then it is necessary to set the value specified in
table 1, after which the display of output currents must be correct.
The current measured by the controller is close to
real, but there is a difference of a few percent
In the UMKA07 controller menu, go to the
«Creating» life cycle, select the
«Current calibration» submenu, measure the currents by the calibrated
current device for each phase and enter the
«Motor ph. X current» menu
in the corresponding columns. Observe how the correction coefficient for
each phase changes.
In the inverter blocks, the current sensor
connectors are connected to the driver board
Turn the VSD OFF, open the VSD using the supplied key. In the inverter
blocks, check that the wire coming from the current sensors is connected
to the XP7, XP4, XP2 connectors of 3MDS unit. Check that P2 (XP1)
connectors of 3MDS unit are inserted and locked - to do this, pull out the
blocks and insert them until they are fixed, observing the keys on the
connectors.

To determine which of the blocks incorrect
measurement of currents can take place, carry out the following
actions: In the 3MDS unit, interchange the cable with incorrect current
readings with the neighboring one. Check to see if incorrect readings move to
another phase or not. If they do, there is a problem in the current sensor for
this phase. If they do not
pass, it means a malfunction in the GB or 3MDS units
