Troubleshooting manual
Replacing of an inverter current sensors.
A VSD must be de-energized and disconnected from a power supply.
Using a multimeter, make sure that there is no dangerous voltage on a DC-
link.
For unit disassembly you need next tool:
•
wrench size 10 mm (13/32”) — 1 pc;
•
wrench size 17 mm (11/16”) — 2 pc;
•
flat screwdrive r size 1.2 mm (3/64”) – 1 pc;
•
side cutter – 1 pc;
•
cable tie – not less than 10 pcs.
In case if it is necessary to dismantle inverter current sensors:
Step 1. Remove electronic units panel
Remove electronic units panel shown on the figure 27:
1. Disconnect all signal connectors from electronic units
2. Uncrew four bolt shown on the figure 29 . Use wrench size 10 mm (13/32”).
