Digital inputs do not work
VSD is ready
VSD and USP block are powered
Apply power to the VSD, check that power is supplied to the USP units and the
indicator is ON. Not
Wires from the USP block:
RS485:
RS485 A + USP P31:1 connected to P27:10 of
UMKA-07 unit;
RS485 B- USP P31:2 connected to P27:5 of
UMKA-07 unit
Check that the IO_RS485A USP P31:1 connected to P27:10 of UMKA-07 unit;
IO_RS485B USP P31:2 connected to P27:5 of UMKA-07 unit

USP contacts to configuration utility
USP block does not contact the service software; replace the block with a
working one.

Make a block configuration and set the speed 115200 ,
address 30. Restore the connection scheme to UMKA07.
The digital input signal from the user reaches the
USP unit
Using a tester, make sure that the signal comes to the terminal block USP. If
the signal does not arrive, then eliminate the cause of the lack of signal at the
USP terminal.
