Figure 87: Multi-point measurement before calibration
Click on Add measure to add a new measurement point. By default all the measurement are called Measurement X,
but you can rename them if you want to remember specifics points.
All the multi-points measurement are organized around a reference point. This point is specific and have to exist to
calibrate. It represent the point of measure that represent the most important point in your Room. Generally it will
be assimilate to the armchair of the main user or a central area in front of the screen.

NOTE: The reference point does not mean that it is the most used point in the calibration. The importance of each points
will relatively be set in the Weighting Step. The reference point is the point use in the 3D view to place the screen and all
speakers found during the calibration.
For each point you will have to calibrate the system. The system will automatically start on send MLS Burst to your
speakers.

NOTES: The calibration tool plays three MLS bursts for every speakers and subwoofers. If the calibration goes wrong,
please see the section 6.10.3 of this manual. The calibration will add the speaker position related to the reference point as
and when the calibration.
The calibration status has 3 possible values:
•
Complete
: If no problem occurred during the measurement. After calibration, the system is calibrated but not
ready to be use, which means no sound can go through the processor until the optimization filters are computed.
•
Partial
: If the calibration was stopped in the middle of the measurement process.
•
None
: When no measurement has not been performed.
