STOP (stop TMCL™ program execution)
This function stops executing a TMCL™ program. The host address and the reply are only used to transfer
the instruction to the TMCL™ program memory.
This command should be placed at the end of every stand-alone TMCL™ program. It is not to be used
in direct mode.
Internal function:
TMCL™ instruction fetching is stopped.
