Installing Windows 95 or Other Operating Systems
After you connect the components of your system and run the SETUP program, you
must install the operating system on your computer. If you are installing Windows 95,
follow the instructions in your Windows 95 manual. If you want to install another
operating system such as OS/2 Warp or UNIX, see the manual that came with that
system for instructions on installation and use. The procedures in this manual assume
that you are using Windows 95 with your computer.
Using a Diskette Drive
Write-protecting Diskettes
You can write-protect a diskette to prevent its data from being altered. When a diskette
is write-protected, you can read it and copy data from it, but you cannot store new data
on it, delete any files it contains or format the disk.
