Connecting the Mouse
Your computer has an auxiliary port for an IBM PS/2 compatible mouse that uses a
round, miniature DIN (6-pin) connector. If your mouse has this type of connector,
you can connect it to the built-in mouse connector on your computer. If your mouse
requires a different interface, you can connect it to the built-in serial port or USB
connectors, or install an option card to provide the interface.
To connect a mouse to the built-in mouse connector, make sure your computer is
turned off and then plug the connector into the mouse connector marked
