Adjustment of control knobs minimum and maximum -values
Here follows a review over the adjustment procedure, if the driver want to adapt the
adjustment of min. and max.-values of control knobs.
Attach the sandspreader according to assign regulations (including hydraulic and electricity).
Set tractors motor speed on working rpm.
Activate the double-acting hydraulic valve (that opearate spreading disc and feeding auger)
so the ”closing damper” is opened by the cylinder (Pos.10 in fig.2).
Open control box by losen the four screw at lid.
Turn control knob of feeding auger to scale value 0 (Pos2 in fig.6).
In this situation the minimum speed of feeding auger can be adjusted with trim-put 1* (Pos1
in fig.7).
Maximum speed of feeding auger is adjusted by turning adjustment knob to scale value 10,
and then adjusting trim-pot 2* (see picture).
Same procedure are repeted for adjusting minimum and maximum -speed of spreeding disc
(trim-pot 3 and 4 in fig.7).
The ajustment must be done in described order, begin with trim-pot 1 and then 2 etc.
* Clockwise turn = lower speed, Counter clockwise turn = higher speed.
3.5 Operating
Warning!
The operator must have a good view over the working area and the area where the sand
lands.
Warning!
Ensure that nobody is close to the equipment when it is working.
Stones in material can be thrown longer then sand and salt.
Fill the sand-spreader as you do with an ordinary bucket loader, alternative as a self-loading
3-point hitch mounted bucket. The material used must not contain stones or frozen pieces.
Adjust the machine according to the work to be done. During working, the sand-spreader
must be in a risen, “sloped” position. Keep the rpm of the tractor engine steady as you
drive the tractor, observing that the hydraulic pressure and flow values are constant during
spreading.
Before opearting machine connect it as earlier descriebed in this manual.
Activate the double acting valve (that also opearate spreading disc and feeding auger) so
that the closeing damper is opened by the cylinder (Pos10 in section 1,3).
