Allegro MX-1: An Overview
Service Light
The Allegro MX-1 is equipped with a service light module that plugs into the main wiring harness
and illuminates the interior of the cabinet, facilitating servicing in low-light situations.
Service Light Module, Front and Rear Views
When the door of the Allegro MX-1 is opened, optical sensors mounted in a circuit board in the
interior of the cabinet activate a panel of high-intensity LEDs that are pointed toward the service
tray, providing illumination to the interior.
When the door is closed, the service lighting extinguishes.
Note: A reflective strip for the optical sensors is mounted on the interior of the door (adjacent to
the payment acceptors). To ensure proper continued operation of the service light component,
TouchTunes recommends that you keep this reflective surface clean when making a service call.
Accessing the Rear of Monitor
Should minor adjustments be required, you can access the On-Screen Display (OSD) controls on
the rear of the monitor by reaching up from within the enclosure.
