• There is no play between the hard drive and the JCB when you pull downward on the handle
of the hard drive tray.
If you detect any play in the hard drive tray, then, using a slot-head screwdriver, tighten the
thumb screw firmly into the JCB and test again until no play is detected.
Refer to the following figure when verifying correct hard drive installation.
When the hard drive is installed properly, the tray should be flush with the JCB. If a gap remains
between the tray and the JCB after you have hand-tightened the thumb screw, you must use a
screwdriver to finish tightening the screw.
Connecting the Allegro MX-1 to the Broadband Network
To connect the Allegro MX-1 to the broadband network:
1. Unlock and open the jukebox, as described in “Opening the Main Enclosure” on page 11.
2. Open the service tray, as described in “Accessing the Service Tray” on page 12.
3. Ensure that the cable access/strain-relief ports are in the open position, as described in
“Routing Cables to the Service Tray Components” on page 15.
4. Locate the RJ-45 Ethernet cable for the broadband connection.
