Connecting Audio Speakers to the Allegro MX-1

Connecting the Supplied External Satellite Speakers

Your Allegro MX-1 is shipped with four external satellite speakers and 4-terminal Euroblock
connectors to connect them to the jukebox’s amplifier.
This section explains how to connect the four external satellite speakers to the Allegro MX-1’s

3-channel amplifier.

1. Prepare the satellite speaker cables by stripping the ends of their connector wires, exposing

approximately 1/4” of wire.

2. Locate the supplied four-slot Euroblock connector for the satellite speakers.

3. Loosen the screws along the top of the connector using a flat-head screwdriver, if necessary.

When connecting external satellite speakers, you

MUST

• Disconnect all the internal satellite speakers (not the bass box).

• Connect all four external satellite speakers (TouchTunes p/n 700185-001).

The external and internal satellite speakers cannot work together.

THIS PROCEDURE IS APPLICABLE TO the 3-CHANNEL AMPLIFIER USING
ZONE 1 AUDIO ONLY.

DO NOT ATTEMPT CONNECTION OF INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL
SATELLITES TO AUDIO ZONES 2 OR 3.
