0x0260 RAM area check failure Error was detected by RAM check at initialization.
0x0261 Program area check failure Error was detected by BCC check on the SRAM program area at
initialization or during operation.
0x0600 Detection of a duplicated
node number A duplicated node number was detected at sign-up to the network.
0x0601 FL-network sign-up failure An FL network sign-up failure was detected.
0x0700 Node number setting error The node address switch has been incorrectly set. (0x00, 0xFF)
0x0800 Protocol version
disagreement Disagreement of the FA link protocol version was detected.
0x0900 Format error An FA link protocol parameter was detected to be wrong. (Detection of
test operation only)
0x0A01 Ethernet setting failure Ethernet setting (operation setting switch bits 1 and 2) was detected to
be faulty.
0x0A03 I/O configuration information
setting failure Setting of I/O configuration information (operation setting switch bits 3
and/or 4) was detected to be incorrect.
0x0A04 I/O configuration information
abnormality The information saved in FRAM does not match the actual mounting
status, I/O module status, type, number of I/O points. Or, the status is an
abnormal value.
0x0A05 I/O configuration information
not saved I/O configuration information is not stored in FRAM
0x0A06 Failure to save I/O
configuration information I/O configuration information can not be stored in FRAM
0x0A07 Common memory area
allocation error I/O can not be allocated to common memory area
