Copying procedure
1. Load the document face down in the document tray, and press the [COPY] key.
2. Select the recording paper size, the collalated print function ON/OFF, and the
number of copies, using the [
↑
], [
↓
], [
→
], [
←
], and the keys on the Dial keypad.
3. Press the [ENTER] key or [START] key.
(6) Again, output a telephone number lists and a function lists, and confirm that the contents
in the lists match those in the lists output prior to the maintenance operation.
(7) Confirm that transmissions are performed correctly to other facsimiles.
2. Preventive Maintenance
2.1 Replacement of Consumables
The following are consumables used on this facsimile. The consumables are supply items that
are not covered by the machine warranty.
Order the consumables in units of the following kits:
Toner kit Drum kit
· Toner cartridge · Drum unit
· Fuser cleaner · Ozone filter
Name Period of replacement
Toner kit Initial toner pack:750 sheets (A4 paper, with 5% print)
Supply toner pack: 3,000 sheets (A4 paper, with 5% print)
Fuser cleaner When the Toner cartridge requires replacing, the Fuser cleaner must be
replaced.
Drum kit 10,000 sheets
Ozone filter When the Drum unit requires replacing, the Ozone filter must be re-
placed.
