Cooling System
Service Interval:
Before each use or daily Clean them
more frequently in dirty conditions.
1.
Prepare the machine for maintenance; refer to
Preparing for Maintenance (page 41)

2.
Unlatch and open the rear screen (

Clean both sides of the screen.
4.
Lift the screen off the hinge pins, and remove
the screen from the machine.

Open the hood; refer to

6.
Clean both sides of the oil cooler/radiator area

) thoroughly with compressed air.
Start from the front and blow the debris out
toward the back. Then clean from the back
side and blow toward the front. Repeat the
procedure several times until all chaff and debris
is removed.
Important:
Cleaning the oil cooler/radiator
with water may promote premature corrosion
damage to components and compact debris.
