MAINTENANCE

REPLACING THE FUSE

Turn the

OFF and unplug the power cord.

With a slotted screwdriver, press and turn the fuse holder counterclockwise and remove it.

Replace the fuse with a new fuse of the same capacity.

With a slotted screwdriver, lightly press and turn the fuse holder clockwise and fasten it.

If the fuse has blown out, the whole instrument will not operate. Replace the fuse with a
new one.

WARNING

To avoid electric shock when replacing the fuse, be sure to unplug the
instrument before removing the fuse cover. Do not use ungrounded
outlets. Do not plug in the instrument without the fuse cover.

WARNING

To avoid fire in the event of an instrument malfunction, use only the
fuses that are marked with the label at the side of the fuse holder.
