Firmware Settings
Update the equipment’s firmware.
Item Description
Filename Select the firmware to be updated.
Version Enter the current firmware version.
Setting Method
1. Press the ‘Select’ button and select the equipment’s firmware (extension .bin) on
the file selection screen.
The selected filename is displayed in the Filename field.
2. Enter arbitrary characters in the Version field.
3. Click the ‘Add’ button to register the firmware.
The contents set in Items 1) and 2) above are displayed in the Filename and
Version fields of the ‘Firmware List’ line.
4. On the Equipment List screen, check the equipment for which the firmware is to
be updated, and click the ‘Update’ button.
If the update is successful, the ‘Firmware Update Successful’ dialog is
displayed.
If the update fails, the ‘Firmware Update Failure’ dialog appears and the
name of the equipment is displayed in the dialog.
If the update fails, confirm the communication status between the System
Manager PC and the equipment, then perform update operations again.
Operation Buttons
Save: Saves all settings and reverts to the Home screen.
Cancel: Reverts to the Home screen without saving any setting.
Return: Reverts to the ‘Maintenance Settings’ screen.
