Email Settings
Set up a mail server.
Settings must be performed on this screen when transmitting an error notification or
system log by Email.
Item Description
Transmission Source Email
Address Transmission Source Email Address
User Name Enter a user name to access the mail server.
Password Enter the password for access to the mail server.
SMPT Server Address Enter the transmission destination’s SMTP server address.
Port Number Enter the transmission destination’s server port number.
Setting Method
Enter the correct information for each item.
NOTE:
Emails cannot be transmitted if the information entered on this screen does not
coincide with the settings for the connected mail server.
Operation Buttons
Cancel: Reverts to the Home screen without saving any setting.
Next: Advances to the ‘Error Notification Settings’ screen.
Return: Reverts to the ‘Page setup ‘ screen.
