Safety ON:
In case you connect the safety signal
(e.g., laser scanner, safety mat, other
safety devices, external safety door)
and you enable the safety function on
Rollon cabinet connector, if the cable
is unplugged you will see this error
and the program will stop. Press “Stop
Program”.
To fix this error, check that the cable is
correctly plugged in.
Encoder communication error:
If the encoder connection from the cabi-
net to the motor breaks down, or the ca-
ble is unplugged, you will see this error.
Press “Stop Program” and switch off the
Rollon cabinet (see pg. 15). This is the
only case where you’ll need to do so.
To fix this error, check that the green
cable (encoder) is correctly plugged in.

Lost communication with the con-
trol box:
If a connection problem occurs between
the robot and the Rollon cabinet, you will
see this error. In this case it is forbidden
to restart the program. Press “Stop Pro-
gram”.
To fix this error, check that the white
cable (ethernet) is correctly plugged in.
