MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES

The following maintenance schedules were developed to assist you with the

regular care and maintenance of your Tiara Yacht.

NOTE: These are suggested minimum maintenance intervals. More frequent

maintenance may be required depending on location and frequency of use. For

boats in areas with seasonal use, semi-annually means twice a season and an-

nually means once a season.

THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT PROHIBITS THE

DISCHARGE OF OIL OR OILY WASTE INTO OR UPON THE NAVI-

GABLE WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES, OR THE WATERS OF

THE CONTIGUOUS ZONE, OR WHICH MAY AFFECT NATURAL RE-

SOURCES BELONGING TO, APPERTAINING TO, OR UNDER THE

EXCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY OF THE UNITED STATES,
