Thermo Scientific

Use the following procedure to replace the sample/zero valve.

Equipment required:

Torque screwdriver, T15 or Slot screwdriver, 3/16

Phillips drive, #2

Hex drive, 9/64

Wrench

Vice

Turn instrument OFF, unplug power cord, and remove the cover
(

Unplug sample/zero valve (J8) from the Step POL board 1.

Disconnect all plumbing.

Using a #2 Phillips drive, unfasten two captive hardware.
