[CHEC] — Stored or check alarm conditions were detected
during the Unit Self Check. These alarms will be preceded
by a dash (-) to indicate that they were detected during a
Unit Self Check.
[FAIL] — Shutdown alarm conditions were detected during
the Unit Self Check and the unit has been shut down to pre-
vent possible damage. This will occur as soon as a shut-
down condition is detected. The Unit Self Check will not be
completed.
If check or shutdown alarms are detected during a Unit Self
Check the condition(s) should be corrected and the check
repeated before releasing the unit for service. See the Alarm
Codes and Section 5 of the Operations and Diagnosis
Manual (TK 41087) for details.
