PROCEDURE (REMOVAL)

Retain any bolts, nuts (except lock-nuts) spacers, screws and washers (with the exception of lock-
washers) for reassembly.

1.

Master switch in OFF position. Landing light and taxi light switches in OFF positions.

2.

Undo the screws retaining the clear lens to the wing and remove the lens.

3.

Undo the button head screws (1) which secure the taxi (2) or landing (3) light and remove
together with the tension springs. Retain the springs for reassembly. Slowly move the light
away from the mounting bracket, until the electric wire connectors are exposed.

4.

Remove the heat shrink from the connectors and disconnect.
