Note: The unit is available in two changeable exercise modes (elliptical and stepper). 
The initial assembled mode is stepper. For changing exercise modes, please refer to additional 
elliptical-stepper & stepper - elliptical instructions.

Move Left Connecting Tube (No.24) by hand to align and position Left Slider Pin (No.5) directly above 
the hole in Front Stabilizer (No.23). Move Key (No.53) along the groove (up, sideways and down) until 
Left Slider Pin (No.5) is fully engaged in the hole in Front Stabilizer. At that position, Key can be 
removed. Remove the Key and keep aside for the next step. Repeat the process for the right side. 

Step 4: Setting up Stepper Mode

Insert Key (No.53) into 
Left Pedal Tube (No.19) 
and push Key all the way 
in and turn clockwise. 
Pull Key back until it 
is locked in place. (Key 
cannot be removed). 

Follow the same 
procedure for right side.
