7. Once Left Hex Nut and Left Lock Nut are securely tightened, one to two threads of Left Hinge Bolt 
    should be exposed.

Locate the Right Hinge Bolt. 
Please note that the Right Hinge 
Bolt is marked with the “R”, 
as illustrated.   

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 The Right 

Hinge Bolt has a left-hand thread, 
so you need to screw the Hex Nut 
and Lock Nut onto the Right Hinge 
Bolt in a counterclockwise 
direction.

Step 2b: Attaching Right Hinge Bolt

1. Bring Right Crank (No.83) to high position, and insert Right Hinge Bolt (No.42) with Roller (No.97) 
    through Crank. 

2. Place Spring Washer (No.6) over Right Hinge Bolt.

3. Screw Right Hex Nut (No.100) by hand onto Right Hinge Bolt in a counterclockwise direction.

4. Tighten Right Hex Nut by screwing it in counterclockwise direction with Single Wrench provided 
    until tight against Spring Washer and Crank.

MODE: 

 

1) Press the key to select TIME, CALORIE, SPEED & DISTANCE to be displayed in   

 

 

 

    ‘ELLIPTICAL” MODE.

 

2) Press the key to select TIME, CALORIE & COUNT to be displayed in “STEPPER” mode

 
 

SELECT:

 

Press and hold the key for more than 3 seconds to change exercise mode between “ELLIPTICAL” .

 

& “STEPPER” 

OPERATION PROCEDURES:

1. AUTO ON/OFF:

 

The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it receives an input from the speed sensor. 

 

The processor turns off automatically when the speed sensor has no signal input or no key is pressed 

 

for approximately 4 minutes. The TIME, CALORIE, SPEED & DISTANCE values will be on hold and 

 

then accumulate again when the workout is resumed.

2. AUTO SCAN:

 

Automatic display of the following functions in the order shown, with each value held for 

 

4 seconds:

 

TIME-CALORIE-SPEED-DISTANCE in ELLIPTICAL mode

 

TIME-CALORIE-COUNT in STEPPER mode
