Insert the Right Handlebar (No.22) into Right 
Connecting Tube (No.55) and Left Handlebar (No.40) 
into Left Connecting Tube (No.24). Select a height 
setting that is comfortable to the user and make sure 
both Handlebars are set at the same height. Lock each 
Handlebar in place with Locking Knob (No.34) and 
Plastic Knob Nut (No.95).

Regularly check all bolts and other connections and ensure that the machine is in safe condition 
before using the Orbitrek™ X2™ machine.
 
Hold a detailed inspection of the equipment every 3 months. Pay special attention to components 
which are the most susceptible to wear and tear, i.e. hinge bolt with roller, crank, connecting 
points and wheels. Tighten loose bolts as needed. Any defective components should be replaced 
immediately to maintain the safety level of this equipment.

Connect sensor wire, then install the Computer (No.37) into 
the Support Tube of Main Frame (No.36). Insert guides on 
the bottom of the Computer into opening on the Main 
Frame and pull forward until locked in end position. 

For detailed instruction of changing computer display for 
different excersize modes, please refer to “EXERCISE 
COMPUTER” section in this instruction manual.

Please refer to “Changing Exercise Mode Chart” for Elliptical Mode setup.

Step 9: Connecting Sensor and Computer

Battery assembly: 

Open the upper cover 
of the Computer, then 
install the battery into 
the battery compartment.

BATTERY

To remove the Computer,
pull the top, slide the 
Computer downwards and 
then pull from tube bracket.

Insert the 
Computer 
into the tube 
bracket.
