Step 6: Attaching Pedal Tube Assembly

Attach the Right Pedal (No.26) 
and Left Pedal (No.27) to their 
respective Pedal Tube (No.93 
and No.19) using:
4-Pedal Screws (No.20)
4-Flat Washers (No.14)
Insert Pedal Screw (No.20)
and Flat Washers through the
holes and tighten with 
Wrench.

Attach Left Pedal Tube (No.19)
 to Roller (No.97). Align the 
Left Pedal Tube (No.19) with 
the Left Connecting Tube 
(No.24). Insert the Hex Head 
Bolt (No.15)M10*55 through 
the Left Pedal Tube (No.19) 
and Left Connecting Tube 
(No.24). Put the Flat Washer 
(No.94) on and secure the Hex 
Head Bolt (No.15) with the 
Lock Nut (No.3) until tight.

Attach Right Pedal Tube 
(No.93) to Roller (No.97). 
Align the Right Pedal Tube 
(No.93) with the Right 
Connecting Tube (No.55). 
Insert the Hex Head Bolt
(No.15)M10*55 through the Right Pedal Tube (No.93) and Right Connecting Tube (No.55). Put the Flat 
Washer (No.94) on and secure the Hex Head Bolt (No.15) with the Lock Nut (No.3) until tight.

• Hold a detailed inspection of the equipment every 3 months. Pay special attention to components 
   which are the most susceptible to wear and tear, i.e. hinge bolt with roller, crank, connecting 
   points and wheels. Tighten loose bolts as needed. Any defective components should be replaced 
   immediately to maintain the safety level of this equipment.
• Make sure all bolts and nuts are tight prior to each workout
• After using the machine for a period of time, there might be some noise coming from the Sliding 
   Block (No.49) located below the Left and Right Pedals, see drawing below. You can add grease to 
   lubricate and minimize the noise. 
• Roller (No.97) needs to be lubricated from time to time, also refer to the illustration below.
• Roller Hole also needs to be lubricated as below.
