If using a locally
−
available hydraulic fluid, be sure
the specifications match the Tennant hydraulic
fluid specifications. Substitute fluids can cause
premature failure of hydraulic components.
ATTENTION! Hydraulic components depend
on system hydraulic fluid for internal
lubrication. Malfunctions, accelerated wear,
and damage will result if dirt or other
contaminants enter the hydraulic system.
HYDRAULIC HOSES
Check the hydraulic hoses after every 800 hours
of operation for wear or damage.
FOR SAFETY: When servicing machine, use
cardboard to locate leaking hydraulic fluid
under pressure.
High pressure fluid escaping from a very small
hole can almost be invisible, and can cause injury.
00002
Contact appropriate personnel if a leak is
discovered.
ATTENTION: Only use TENNANT supplied
hydraulic hoses or equivalent rated hydraulic
hoses.
