NOTE: If the red “ABNORMAL CYCLE” lamp
lights when the batteries are plugged into the
TENNANT charger, this indicates that something
is wrong with the battery. The charger can not
charge the battery when this happens.
8. The Tennant charger will start automatically.
When the batteries are fully charged, the
Tennant charger will automatically turn off.
NOTE: Use a charger with the proper rating for
the batteries to prevent damage to the batteries or
reduce the battery life.
NOTE: If the charger needs to be disconnected
from the machine before the batteries are fully
charged and the charger has not automatically
shut off, turn off the charger before disconnecting
it.
9. After the charger has turned off, unplug the
charger connector from the battery
connector on the machine.
10. Reconnect the battery connector to the
machine connector.
11. Check the electrolyte level in each battery
cell. Add just enough distilled water to bring
the electrolyte level up to the bottom of the
fill rings.
FOR SAFETY: When maintaining or
servicing machine, avoid contact with
battery acid.
12. Close the seat support.
