4. Push the idler pulley back in the slot.

5. Remove the main brush drive belt from the

two remaining pulleys.

6. Remove the hex nut in the center of the idler

pulley. Remove and discard the pulley.

7. Install the new idler pulley onto the hex bolt.

Reinstall the hex nut. Leave loose for now.
