8. Reinstall the V--belt around the two drive

pulleys and on top of the idler pulley.

9. Push down on the idler pulley until the belt is

tight. Tighten the pulley nut to 18 -- 24 Nm

(15 -- 20 ft lb).

10. Reinstall the right hand side brush door.

11. Operate the machine and check the main

brush for proper operation.
