TO REPLACE THE HANDLE BAR

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.

FOR SAFETY: Disconnect the battery
connections before working on the machine.

1. To remove the handlebar it is necessary to

remove the right handle grip. This can be
accomplished by plugging the hole in the left
grip with your finger, and filling the handle
bar with compressed air through the hole in
the right grip.

2. Using a straight screwdriver loosen the set

screw on the collar. The collar should move
freely on the handlebar.

3. Remove the nut and bolt assembled through

the gear and hub assembly using a 10mm
wrench.

4. Pull the handlebar out of the left side of the

console while sliding the gear and hub
assembly and shims off the bar.

5. To reassemble, reverse the above

procedure.  When reinstalling the handle 
grips on to the handlebar, it is necessary to
use either compressed air or liquid soap.

TO REPLACE GEAR AND HUB ASSEMBLY

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.

FOR SAFETY: Disconnect the battery
connections before working on the machine.

1. Follow steps 1–5 in TO REPLACE THE

HANDLE BAR instructions. In this procedure
it is not necessary to remove the left handle 
grip from the handlebar or pull the bar
completely out of the console.
