6. Using a 13 mm wrench, remove the two

bolts that mount the pivot bracket to the
head lift.

ATTENTION:  In this step the scrubber head
assembly’s total weight is relieved from the front
of the machine.  This may cause the balance of
the machine to shift dramatically.

7. Lift up the front of the machine enough to

clear the top of the scrub motor.  Roll the
machine backwards far enough to expose
the motor and scrubber head assembly.

8. Position the scrub head assembly with

motor upside down, remove the brush drive
hub using a 13 mm socket and ratchet.

9. Using a 14 mm socket and ratchet, remove

the 4 bolts that secure the motor and
gearbox to the scrubber head.

NOTE:  The orientation of the motor / gearbox on
the scrubber head before disassembly.  The
motor and gearbox are considered a unit and are
not available separately!

10. Remove motor and gearbox from scrubber

head.

11. Install the replacement motor and gearbox

assembly on to the scrubber head.  Reinstall
the unit into the machine, reversing the
procedures in steps 1–8 of these
instructions.
