HARDWARE INFORMATION
The following charts state standard plated hardware tightening ranges for normal assembly applications.
Decrease the specified torque by 20% when using a thread lubricant. Do not substitute lower grade
hardware for higher grade hardware. If higher grade hardware than specified is substituted, tighten only to
the specified hardware torque value to avoid damaging the threads of the part being threaded into, as
when threading into speed nuts or weldments.
