TO REPLACE MAIN CIRCUIT BREAKERS

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.

FOR SAFETY: Disconnect the battery
connections before working on the machine.

1. Disconnect the wires from the circuit

breaker.

2. Carefully pry the retaining clip off the

backside of the breaker using a straight
screwdriver.

3. With the replacement breaker properly

positioned into its location on the panel, side
the new retaining clip securely into position.

4. Reconnect the wires to the circuit breaker.

See schematic in this section.

TO REPLACE BRUSH PRESSURE AND AMP
GAUGE

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.

FOR SAFETY: Disconnect the battery
connections before working on the machine.

1. Disconnect wires 8 and 10 from the two

terminal studs on the back of the gauge
using a 5/16 inch wrench.

2. Remove the two nuts that secure the

gauges mounting bracket against the panel,
using a 5/16 inch wrench.

3. When installing the replacement gauge,

position the gauge properly into its location
on the panel and connect wire 8 and 10 to
the two terminal studs. DO NOT over
tighten the wire connections or damage may
occur to the gauge.

4. With the gauge properly positioned, install

the mounting bracket to the back of the
gauge and snug down the two nuts that hold
the gauge in place.
