13. Reinstall the pulley on the larger diameter

end of the impeller shaft. Make sure the

pulley is positioned in the same location as it

was removed. Hand tighten the set screws

tight.

14. Reinstall the impeller on the impeller shaft.

Make sure the key is in place on the shaft.

15. Hold the impeller from turning. Install the

hex nut on the impeller shaft. Tighten to

18 -- 24Nm (15 -- 20 ft lb).

16. Reinstall the vacuum fan housing on the

bearing backing plate. Hand tighten the

smaller hex screws.

17. Reinstall the vacuum fan assembly in the

machine. See TO INSTALL VACUUM FAN

ASSEMBLY instructions.

18. Start the machine and check the vacuum fan

for proper operation.
