5.3.4 Rev - Review
Reviewing allows the user to examine the Ads in the unit or to listen to the recording which they just
made. The audio during review is present into the handset’s ear piece and will not play out the
audio ports over the sound system. Once started the Ad plays fully unless stopped by the user by
pressing either the “Stop” key (“IV”) or the “Reviewing” key (‘I’).
5.5
Act – Activation
Ads can be Activated (included in the play list) or Deactivate (excluded from the play list). This
allows the user to enable or disable messages from playing without deleting the Ad such that it
might be restored at a later time. This allows Ads to be turned off should the advertised material
become not available and restored once a new shipment has been received. Ads can only be
Activated or Deactivated locally and cannot be done remotely. Ads downloaded remotely are
automatically activated, however, should the local user deactivate the Ad, the remote controller
cannot reactivate the Ad without completely reloading the Ad. Ad Activation / DeActivation is a
toggle condition.
