Basic Installation

Click the

Search

button.

When the search is complete, a list of found TLA systems is displayed,
along with the current status of the system: In Use, Server Down, Blank
(available), etc.

Select the mainframe that you want to connect to and click the

Connect

button. The application opens on the remote instrument and displays on your
PC. Note that the IP Address identi

cation is shown in the title bar. This

con

rms that you have connected to the correct device.

Changing the TLA7016

Factory Network Settings

The TLA7016 is con

gured for operation on a network that has DHCP and DNS.

If you want to change these settings, do the following:

Connect to the TLA7016 mainframe with TLA Application software.

Open TLA Connection dialog box.

Click the TLA Con

guration icon. The TLA Con

guration dialog box opens.
