timer functions
Use the functions in this group to control the timer. The timer can be used to measure the time it
takes to perform various operations. Use the
timer.reset()
function at the beginning of an
operation to reset the timer to zero, and then use the
timer.measure.t()
at the end of the
operation to measure the elapsed time.
