IMPORTANT
Connect the connecting cable to the terminal block according the valve group with which the
refrigerant piping is connected.
For example: the refrigerant piping of the indoor unit is connected to valve group b. This means
that the connecting cable between outside unit and inside unit must be connected to terminal
block B.

Connect the connecting cable to the terminal block. See figure 21. Connect the wiring according the
position of the connected wires of the indoor unit (letters L N 1 and ground).

The grounding cable can be connected directly to the metal plate on which the terminal block is
mounted. The position is indicated by the symbol .

Connect the power cable only when the entire installation of the air conditioner is completed.

ATTENTION
Insert the plug in a socket for models with a capacity < 4.5 kW. Connect the power cable directly
to the mains for models with a capacity > 4.5 kW Do not use a plug and socket. The high current
can damage the pins of the plug and the socket and cause fire.

10. CONNECTING THE POWER CABLES
10.1 Connecting the power cables.
a.
Connect the cable of the indoor unit first.
b.
The connecting cable for the connection of the indoor unit with the outdoor unit has to be a type
H07RN-F, 2.5 mm² cable.
c.
To connect the cable to the terminal block of the indoor unit: Remove the front panel and the cover
of the terminal block. The terminal block is located at the right side of the indoor unit. Picture 19.

The cable can be guided to the terminal block via the rear of the indoor unit in the same way as the
already placed power cable.

Connect the wires to the terminal block. Refer to Fig. 20 for the correct position.
