9.3.1 Automatic Scan
In this search, all selected satellites are automatically searched for channels. You can decide
whether all (free to air and encrypted) broadcasters or just free to air broadcaster must be
searched for (see Point 6.5.1.7) .
> Use the up/dowm arrow buttons to select the satellite and highlight it with the
OK button. You can highlight several satellites.
> By pressing the blue Search all channels function button you can start the
search and all channels on the highlighted satellites are searched
Bear in mind that the search can take a long time. Please note any messages
displayed on screen.
> You can abort the scan by pressing the red function button.
9.3.2 Transponder search
You can search a specific transponder (see Point 11 Technical Terms) for channels. You
need to select the transponder and then start the search as described under Point 6.5.1.1 .
