Your lifejacket is delivered ready for use and will inflate automatically upon
immersion in water! Before use check that your lifejacket has been fitted with an
automatic firing capsule and correct CO
2
cylinder safe retainer. Both should
be secured firmly to the firing head. See pre-wear checks.

CYLINDER SCREWED IN HAND
TIGHT FOR CORRECT OPERATION. CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR JACKET BEFORE USE.
The CO
2
cylinder must be checked each time you don your lifejacket to ensure it is tightly screwed in by
hand. In addition, the cartridge must be checked to ensure it has not passed the replace by date and is
also fully screwed on tightly by hand.
The top indicator identifies the CO
2
cylinder status. Red indicates it is missing or has been pierced. As
shown above indicators must be fully green before use.
REMOVE THE CYLINDER AND ENSURE IT IS FULL AND HAS NOT BEEN PIERCED
BEFORE SCREWING BACK IN HAND TIGHT.
The bottom indicator identifies the automatic firing capsule status. Red indicates it is missing or has
been activated. As shown above indicators must be fully green before use.
How to fit your lifejacket

. Don like a waistcoat

. Fasten (interlock) buckles

. Pull to adjust waist belt adjusters and tuck away webbing-ends safely

. Fasten the crotch straps and tighten to a secure fit
NOTE:
Remove waist belt from elastic retainers before attempting adjustment
