The AT-66 hydraulic crimping machine can be programmed with three different crimping cycles.
1. Program P1:
This program performs a complete crimping cycle. When a complete crimping cycle is performed, the
crimping cylinder moves from the top limit position to the bottom and back to the top. The crimp depth
must be programmed.
2. Program P2:
The shortened starting point setting is used for a reduced cylinder stroke, e.g. when processing
smaller terminals. In this program the cylinder moves from a reduced upper limit position. Two
positions must be programmed. First the upper cylinder stroke and secondly the crimp depth.
3. Program P3:
In this program the cylinder moves from a reduced upper limit position. The cylinder stroke is in the
split cycle position. The crimp stroke then takes place. Three points must be programmed.
