Click on "System".
In the System Properties
Window, click on the [Hardware]
tab.
Click the [Device Manager]
button.

Connect the target device to the computer with a USB cable and
look at the icon displayed in the Device Manager window in order to
check whether or not the USB Device Driver has been properly
installed.
